HOW THE ESTIMATE IS CALCULATED
- VolumeFrom the STL mesh directly (signed tetrahedron sum), assuming units are millimeters and the mesh is a closed, manifold solid.
- Shell + infill weightWall shell ≈ surface area × 1.2mm (3 perimeters @ 0.4mm), remaining interior filled at your chosen infill %.
- PriceEstimated weight (g) × material rate. Rates are per gram of filament, not per print job — supports, rafts and failed prints aren't included.
